Who you agree with
These terms are an agreement between you and Ahmed Rashad, trading as Dunpix Studio, Cairo, Egypt (“we”). They cover roomviz.net, the RoomViz app at app.roomviz.net and the desktop app RoomViz Studio (together, “RoomViz”). By creating an account or installing Studio, you accept them.
Early access
RoomViz is in early access and free of charge. Features may change or be removed as it develops.
If we introduce paid plans, we will tell you at least 30 days before, and nothing will be charged without your agreement.
Your account
Give accurate details, keep your sign-in safe, and tell us at once if you think someone else has used your account. You are responsible for what is done through it. An account is for one person, aged 18 or over.
Your content
What you put into RoomViz stays yours: your projects, drawings, models, renders, figures and pictures.
You allow us to store, process, copy and show it only as needed to run RoomViz for you and for the people you share it with. You confirm that you have the right to upload what you upload.
The figures
RoomViz works out balances, percentages and totals from what you and your team enter. It is a record-keeping tool, not accounting, tax or legal advice. Check the figures before you rely on them, and keep the documents that support them.
Your team and your clients
You decide who you invite, in which role, and what each client link shows. You are responsible for sharing only what you are allowed to share.
Fair use
Do not use RoomViz to break the law or anyone’s rights, to upload harmful code, to probe or overload our systems, to collect data from it by automated means, or to resell it.
Image generation in Studio
Renders use an image-model provider with your own key. That provider’s terms apply, and any charges on your key are between you and the provider.
Studio
We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and use RoomViz Studio. Do not copy, sell or reverse-engineer it, except where the law allows. The early installers are not yet code-signed.
Availability and your copies
We work to keep RoomViz available and back it up every night, but we cannot promise it will never be interrupted. Studio keeps your projects on your computer; keep your own copies of anything you cannot afford to lose.
Ending
You can stop at any time and delete your account in the app’s settings. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, and will tell you why unless the law prevents it.
Liability
Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit or data, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or 100 US dollars, whichever is greater.
The old RoomViz
The old RoomViz, with its web editor and its plugins for Blender, 3ds Max, AutoCAD and Unreal Engine, closed in October 2026, before this RoomViz launched. Its projects and rooms are not carried over; a few of its accounts are, as accounts only. What happens to its data is set out in the Privacy notice.
The Founding plan bought on the old RoomViz continues: it renews at LemonSqueezy at the price it was bought at, and while it does, its holder has the equivalent plan on RoomViz. It can be cancelled at any time, from LemonSqueezy’s emails or by writing to [email protected], and a refund can be asked for. No other old plan is sold or renewed.
Law and courts
These terms are governed by the law of the Arab Republic of Egypt. The courts of Cairo, Egypt decide any dispute, unless the law of your country gives you another right.
Changes
If we change these terms, we publish the new version here with its date, and tell account holders by email before a change that matters takes effect.
